This section answers some of the questions you might have about Arrow Films, the products we sell and delivery/payment details.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Payments for goods on our online shop can be made via PayPal. Please visit their website for information on their terms and conditions.
Q. When can I expect my order to arrive?
A. Provided the items are in stock, we typically ship all titles within 24 working hours of your order being placed. If an order has some items on pre-order or that are awaiting stock your order will be held until they are received into the warehouse.
Q. I live abroad, can I still order titles from you and how long will they take to arrive?
A. We accept orders worldwide from any country, however postage costs would be increased and so would delivery time.
Q. What delivery options do you offer?
A. Within the UK we offer 1st Class (1-2 working days) and 2nd Class (3-5 days). Shipments outside of the UK are all via Royal Mail Airmail.
Q. Do you sell any NTSC compatible/Region 1 DVDs?
A. Most of our releases are in the European PAL format. Some DVD players and TVs can accept PAL signals and convert internally. Please refer to your manual. The region encoding varies from disc to disc, but all will work in the UK and all technical information is outlined at the bottom of each listing.
Q. I ordered a title from you 5 days ago and have had no delivery?
A. For any post-sales enquiries please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, but please be aware that delivery times are dependent on location and the mail service.
Q. What are your returns policy?
A. All our products come with a 7 day return policy (cooling-off period) in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought, please return to us, pre-packaged and preferably recorded delivery for a full refund. This return policy period starts from the day after you receive the goods. We cannot accept any returned items that are unwrapped. Please contact email@example.com before any return, otherwise there might be a delay to your refund.
Q. My film arrived damaged. What should I do?
A. If you ordered direct from us please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If you purchased from another retailer please contact them direct.
Q. One of my booklets is lost/damaged. Can you send me a replacement?
A. Unfortunately we do not create additional copies of booklets so will be unable to send you one.
Q. I would like to suggest you release a certain film, who can I talk to about this?
A. We welcome suggestions and we have a dedicated contact address for this, please contact: email@example.com
Q. From where does the Shopping Cart get the currency exchange rates?
A. The Shopping Cart gets this information from Yahoo Finance website at the backend each day, automatically.
Q. What on Earth are these Reward Points all about? And what do they do for me? And how can they be redeemed? Ahhh! So many questions!
A. We're glad you asked. For every item you purchase from us, you will receive a number of Reward Points as a little thank you. 1 Reward Point = £0.01, so collect 100 points and you've got yourself £1 cash back! Collect 200 points and.... well, you get the idea. Points can be redeemed on any purchases that you make from our online shop.
Please note that in sale periods owing to a technical limitation on the site reward points purchases are redeemable against the original price of the product only not the discounted price - don't worry however we offer double points on all purchases at these times.
Please note that points are awarded only on the cash paid value. You don't get points on points purchases.
