We are a Film Distribution company based in Hertfordshire holding the UK rights to many World Cinema, Classic, Horror and Adult titles on DVD and VHS. With over 160 titles in our catalogue, Arrow Films has a reputation for integrity, fast service, excellent quality and reliability.
Q. Do you only deal with DVD/VHS titles? A. 95% of our business in the home entertainment sector is in the DVD Market. We also release films theatrically from time to time which are announced through our newsletter
Q. Will you be releasing some of your VHS only titles on DVD in the future? A. Increasingly, we are outputting more and more products on DVD and that includes converting some of the existing VHS titles in our catalogue. All details about our newest titles and titles to come will feature in our newsletter, which you can subscribe to from the home page.
Q. How often do Arrow Films release a new film on DVD ? A. We release approximately 3 or 4 new titles each month
Q. What payment methods do you accept? A. We accept most credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Solo), personal cheques and postal orders.
Q. If I pay by credit card, are my details sent securely? A. The company we use to handle our online transactions is WorldPay. The payment details are sent over a secure and encrypted connection to WorldPay. For more information, please visit http://www.worldpay.co.uk
Q. I live abroad, can I still order titles from you and how long will they take to arrive? A. We accept orders worldwide from any country, however postage costs would be increased and so would delivery time.
Q. Do you sell any NTSC compatible/Region 1 DVDs
A. As we are a distributor for the UK, all our titles are in PAL format. Some DVD players and TVs can accept PAL/NTSC signals and convert internally. Please refer to your manual. The region encoding varies from disc to disc, but all will work in the UK. If in doubt, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. I ordered a title from you 5 days ago and have had no delivery? A. For any post-sales enquiries please contact email@example.com, but please be aware that delivery times are dependent on location and the mail service.
Q. What are your returns policy? A. All our products come with a 7 day return policy (cooling-off period) in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought, please return to us, pre-packaged and preferably recorded delivery for a full refund. This return policy period starts from the day after you receive the goods. We cannot accept any returned items that are unwrapped. Please contact us before any return, otherwise there might be a delay to your refund.
Q. Can I order bulk quantities of titles and would I receive any discount? A. We can provide bulk quantities of any titles in our catalogue. Dependent on quantity we can offer discounts, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
